Jeremy Hart is our 2024 Taxidermy Employee of the Year. He has been an employee with The Wildlife Gallery for 18 years and has seen lots of changes. Jeremy is our Finish Manager and takes pride in his work and his team. He does not shy away from a challenge; he is a leader and will get the job done with a positive attitude and incredible detail for our customers. His creativity and talents are top notch! When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family and those closest to him. Jeremy, thank you for your leadership and the quality you give to The Wildlife Gallery every day! Lucas Licari has been with us for 6 years and has become a very important part of our team. He pays close attention to detail, has a desire to learn and improves and maintains a positive attitude. Josh Rodriguez is always in good spirits while he works. Every time I see him, he’s either putting together forms, moving a mount from one department to the next, or operating the forklift. If he’s not doing that, he’s out in the frigid weather salting the parking lot and walkways, he never stops moving. Josh brings an uplifting attitude to every department he visits. He is the grease between the gears, and we are lucky to have him on our team. Thank you, Josh.
