Lucas Licari has been named Taxidermy Employee of the Year! Lucas has been a dedicated member of The Wildlife Gallery team for over six years. He joined us while still in high school, and we’ve had the privilege of watching him grow into an exceptionally talented and highly valued member of the Taxidermy department. Throughout his time here, Lucas has embraced every role he’s been given. He pays close attention to detail, continually develops his skills, and consistently strives for excellence. He is always willing to step in and support his teammates in any way he can. His leadership, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality make him an outstanding asset to the department. We truly value his contributions and appreciate the dedication and hard work he brings to his team and to The Wildlife Gallery each and every day. Julian has been a valued employee for 11 years. He began his career in the Taxidermy Department as an assistant, always willing to take on whatever task was asked of him. In 2021, Julian transitioned to the Finish Department, where he has continued to grow and develop his skills. Over the past nine months, Julian has made significant strides in both his skill level and overall performance. He has taken on more advanced and complex projects, confidently managing them from start to finish. Julian is willing to tackle projects that others may find intimidating, approaching each challenge without hesitation. He is also receptive to constructive feedback and uses it as an opportunity to continue improving.
